Refund and Cancellation Policy

Seerplate reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion. Orders may be cancelled for the following reasons:

  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity
  • Violation of our Terms and Conditions
  • Access to a one-week trial or promotional demo account
  • Purchases made under promotional offers, discounts, seasonal deals, or custom-negotiated pricing
  • Local device issues (software or hardware) affecting access—our support team will assist, but this may still impact service usage
  • Issues related to recurring payments or unintended renewals beyond user control

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be issued only under the following conditions:

  • Order Cancellation Within 12 Hours: If a user cancels their order online within 12 hours of purchase, a full refund will be issued.
  • Dedicated Team or Designer Services: Refunds related to these services require a scheduled call or meeting with a Seerplate representative
  • Failed or Duplicate Transactions: In cases of failed transactions or duplicate payments, the full deducted amount will be refunded.
  • Subscription Claims Within 10 Days: Customers who file a refund request within 10 days of a renewal may be eligible, provided they have not accessed any part of their Free or Premium subscription. No services must have been used.

Refunds for valid claims will reflect in the customer’s account within one business day of approval.

Policy Updates

Seerplate reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting.
